Specializing in colt starting, foundational training, problem-solving, and finishing, our goal is to create thinking, willing, and useful horses that last a lifetime — whether they’re bound for the ranch, the arena, or the show pen.
We do not follow one-size-fits-all methods.
We read each horse, adjust the approach, and meet them where they’re at.

Lessons & Trail Rides
Learn the right way — from the ground up, in the saddle, and out on the trail.
At LT Horsemanship, we offer western riding lessons and guided trail rides for those ready to learn, grow, and ride with purpose.
We don’t just toss you on and send you off.
Whether you’re 5 or 65, green or seasoned — we teach horsemanship that sticks.
You’ll learn to ride with feel, move with intention, and handle a horse with confidence and respect.
🔹 Lesson Services:
- Western riding for all ages (5+ to adult)
- Ranch riding basics, western pleasure, barrel racing, intro to roping & cow work
- One-on-one, hands-on instruction — minimum 1.5-hour sessions
- $25/hour (discounts available for regulars & packages)
🐎 Guided Trail Rides:
- Scenic, safe rides on seasoned horses
- Instructional & relaxed — ride at your pace
- Learn to guide, steer, and handle your horse while enjoying the ride
- Ideal for beginners, families, and first-timers who want to really learn
We don’t cater to thrill-seekers or joyriders.
If you’re not ready to take advice, learn from the horse, or ride with intent — this isn’t the place.
We train riders with the same integrity we train horses.
